Due to state and federal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we are unable to accept returns on tequila spirits once they have been delivered. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please follow the steps below within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, the exterior packaging, and the shipping label to provide evidence for our transit insurance claim.

    Verification Review

    Our quality assurance team will review your submission within 2 business days to verify the damage or shipping error against our dispatch logs.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will either ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
